Scope of Work: This house was renovated in preparation for the city of Cleveland Height’s Point of Sale Inspection and for listing. Work included the following- house and garage clean-out, new carpet, interior and exterior painting, carpentry, window and door repairs, powerwashing house and sidewalk, electrical improvements, chimney repair, brick repointing, yard cleanup, demolish garage, and general cleaning.
