Scope of Work: Replaced all broken window glass and reglazed windows. Painted the whole interior of the house. Installed new light fixtures. Replaced all the switches, receptacles, and wallplates. Repoured the front concrete steps, Installed new wood handrailings, pressure washed the house, garage, and driveway, refinished the hardwood floors, installed a new floor in kitchen, and remodeled the bathroom.

Scope of Work: SystemToSell was recommended by the Realtor to renovate a 7 unit apartment building in Akron that was just purchased.
Work included: Electrical, Plumbing, drywall, interior painting, vinyl flooring, new light fixtures, new water heater, remodeled bathrooms, repaired windows, new roof, mold remediation, and refinished the hardwood floors.

Work included: Building clean-out. Interior and exterior painting , ceramic tile, plumbing repairs, reglazing tubs and sinks, carpentry, electrical repairs, new light fixtures, power washing, tree trimming, landscaping, concrete repair, and a gravel driveway.
