Scope of Work: SystemToSell was hired to handle all of the POS work for a duplex in Shaker Heights.
Work included: Exterior painting, plumbing violations, drywall repair, repairing and replacing interior doors, screen repairs, electrical violations, gutter replacement, installing handrails in the stairs, replacing damaged roof shingles, and power washing.
Timeframe: 6 workdays.
