Scope of Work: The Realtor recommended SystemToSell to her client living in Strongsville that was getting ready to put their home on the market. The owner wanted a variety of work completed called SystemToSell in to handle all the work.
Work Included: Interior painting of the majority of the interior, ripping up the carpet and pad in 3 bedrooms and the living room, installing cabinet hardware, refinishing wood floors, installing new light fixtures, hanging new window treatments, exterior painting, installing door hardware, repairing the garage door, drywall and wallpaper repair, and misc. carpentry items.
