Scope of Work: SystemToSell was hired to handle all of the POS work for a duplex in Shaker Heights.
Work included: Repainting the front elevation, replacing the front shutters and exterior painting, plumbing violations, drywall repair, repairing and replacing interior doors, electrical violations, gutter replacement, installing handrails in the stairs, and roofing.
Timeframe: 12 workdays.
